Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Part Time Float Pharmacy Technician to support the Genoa mental health pharmacy. The role focuses on dispensing prescriptions, clerical tasks, and maintaining compliance under pharmacist supervision.

Based in Marietta, GA with daily travel to Jasper, Dalton, Bremen, Cartersville, Cedartown, and Hiram. Requires GA license, transportation, and willingness to travel; hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Georgia.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to use your own car to travel to all locations.

Responsibilities

• Work with EHR platforms and Cover My Meds.
• Prior authorizations and patient assistance medication management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and clinic staff.
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders.
• Verifies medication stock and enters data to maintain inventory records.
• Assist Pharmacist in pharmacy functions and compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Performs clerical duties relating to the department.
• Communicates effectively verbally and in writing.
• Other duties as assigned.
