Job summary

Genoa Healthcare is seeking a Part Time Float Pharmacy Technician to support the Genoa mental health pharmacy. You will dispense prescriptions and perform clerical duties under supervision, covering multiple locations across Georgia.

The role requires 32 hours per week, with Monday–Friday hours 8:00am–5:00pm EST, and travel to Jasper, Dalton, Bremen, Cartersville, Cedartown, and Hiram as needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in Georgia.
• Certification preferred: National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Experience with EHR systems and pharmacy software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and assist pharmacists under supervision.
• Handle prior authorizations and patient assistance programs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and clinic staff.
• Process wholesale medication orders and maintain inventory records.
• Assist in pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
