HeliService USA LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Helicopter Communication Specialist to join our Quonset-based operations in Rhode Island. You will coordinate and monitor flight operations, communicate with pilots and ground crews, and ensure safe, efficient dispatch of aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Effectively schedule daily flight operations to meet customer demands.
• Communicate directly with airborne aircraft to ensure task completion.
• Provide flight following and locating services to company helicopters.
• Interact with Customs and Border Patrol for passenger and cargo processing.
• Prepare statistics and data for customers, management, and flight operations.
• Communicate with airport operations and fuel suppliers.
• Proper labeling and handling of hazardous materials (HAZMAT).
• Prepare customer invoices for daily flight operations.
• Coordinate and schedule required customer training.
• Intake HEMS calls and coordinate with Hospitals and other HAA facilities for the transfer of patient care.
• Initiate ERP’s in the event of helicopter emergencies.
