Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property personnel while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of property interiors, exteriors, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, controlled manner and communicate with leadership.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain incident logs and shift communications.
