Job summary

Allied Universal in West Chester, OH is hiring a Security Officer Flexible Unarmed Patrol to provide reliable on-site security with fixed shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

This part‑time role pays $17.51 per hour with a DayTime Fri 02:00 PM – 07:00 PM schedule. Minimum requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma, background check, drug screen, and valid driver’s license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while performing security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site protocols.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain activity logs and shift communications.
