Qualifications

• Ability to provide customer service at a client site, with focus on safety protocols.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet and basic software.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and monitor access points per site procedures.
• Conduct patrols of loading areas, parking, and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document incidents and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
