Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Lexington, KY. This role offers reliable, fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, designed for flexibility and income stability.

Pay rate is $19.00 per hour. Requirements include at least 2 years of security experience, a high school diploma, and successful completion of background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, residence areas, parking facilities, walkways, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points and assist visitors with direction and campus event support.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate incidents to supervision and designated contacts.
