Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Background histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by location.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by enforcing security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and document observations and incidents.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership about security concerns.
