Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Variable Schedule Operations Associate to support a local-fulfillment center. You’ll pick up shifts via our scheduling app, maintaining at least one shift every two weeks for a minimum of four hours, with two shifts per month to align with business needs and updates from the Site Leadership Team.

During onboarding and training (one shift plus a 4-hour on-the-job training within two weeks), you’ll learn the processes and tools to pick flexible shifts, pack orders,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Candidates should be reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Must be detail-oriented and committed to fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders through the app and hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking and shelf life control.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by customers to delight them.
