Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 under supervision, collecting data and supporting skill development in communication, social, and independence areas.

You’ll join a team providing training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs, with flexible part-time hours, predominantly afternoons/evenings, based in East Orange, New Jersey. A HS diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in home settings.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families with strategies and progress updates.
