Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- in Newark, NJ is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home settings. You will work with children with autism to build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on mentorship.

You will collect data on treatment goals and collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, with support provided to families and caregivers throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred
• Experience and passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
