Links ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism. You'll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

You'll collect data on treatment goals, work with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with practical strategies and progress updates. Part-time, afternoon/evenings, in New Jersey.

Formación

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
