Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in Newark, NJ is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home settings. You’ll provide ABA therapy, help develop communication, social, and independence skills, and receive hands-on training under a supervising BCBA.

The role emphasizes data collection on treatment goals, collaboration with the BCBA to implement behavior plans, and sharing progress with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation necessary to travel to client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends is preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
