Job summary

Allied Universal in El Paso is looking for Part-Time Security Officers to cover multiple locations. You will perform patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while using our shift-pickup platform to tailor your schedule. Weekly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

The role requires a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, background check, and a drug screen where allowed by law. Able to stand/walk for extended periods, and able to work outdoors as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws; will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed) and able to operate radios or monitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure authorized removal.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents and incidents; maintain logs.
