Job summary

Morton College seeks a Part-Time Fitness Center Specialist to deliver friendly member service, supervise center usage, and support daily operations. The role includes registering members, creating IDs, and assisting with data entry and testing procedures.

The position requires an Associates degree, CPR/First Aid certifications, and strong communication and teamwork. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are expected to meet facility needs.

• Associates degree required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong data-entry and computer skills.

• Ability to demonstrate proper exercise techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for Fitness Center members; greet members, register members and create Fitness Center IDs formembers.
• Maintain order of fitness equipment including cleaning machines regularly.
• Conduct fitness testing.
• Enforce safety rules and Fitness Center policies.
• Wash towels and maintain locker rooms.
• Assist in daily operations of the Nutrition Center.
• Other duties as assigned.
