Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Duluth, MN is seeking a Part-Time Sales Outfitter - Firearms to maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure accurate 4473 handling and compliant processes.

Daily responsibilities include organizing the gun counter, stocking merchandise, staying current on product knowledge and promotions, and delivering a friendly, safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Retail
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner and assist with buying decisions
• Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly
• Handle firearms and hunting merchandise with care and ensure accurate 4473 forms
• Maintain organized gun counter and merchandise on sales floor
• Stay knowledgeable on product and promotions and assist with seasonal floor moves
