Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Lehi, UT seeks a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to support counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, explain product features, and help with buying decisions while ensuring compliance with firearms regulations.

You will maintain the firearm counter, stock merchandise, stay knowledgeable about promotions and in-store pickup, and follow all safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at firearm counter with product recommendations.
• Greet customers and provide responsive service.
• Maintain firearms and hunting merchandise displays and ensure compliance with 4473 forms.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership and in-store pickup.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
