Four Winds Casinos is seeking a dining service professional to provide courteous, efficient service to guests in a fine dining setting. The role emphasizes knowledge of beers, wines and spirits and adherence to health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of fine dining experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a Level 4 Gaming License. Demonstrated guest service skills and professional presentation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Minimum four to five years fine dining, food server experience.
• Knowledge of beers, wines and spirits and current food trends preferred.
• Level 4 Gaming License required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to restaurant guests in accordance with venue standards.
• Takes and fills all food and drink orders and assists in maintaining guests dining area in a clean and neat manner.
• Performs pre-busing of tables and keeps tables free of excess clutter.
• Abides by health and safety regulations and maintains a clean, sanitary work environment.
• Monitors guests’ needs and fulfills requests promptly according to policies and procedures.
