Four Winds Casino and Resort in South Bend, IN is seeking a part-time server to provide dining service in an upscale setting. You will deliver prompt, courteous service for food and beverages, maintain a clean dining area, and assist staff with opening/closing duties.

A background in upscale dining and knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits are valued. Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED; four to five years of upscale dining or food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum four to five years upscale dining, food server experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beers, wines and spirits preferred.
• Must obtain or have an active Indiana ATC employee permit.
• ATC approved server training recommended.
• Level 4 Gaming License may be required.

Responsabilités

• Delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to restaurant guests.
• Takes and fills all food and drink orders and keeps dining area clean.
• Pre-busing of tables; maintains table settings and cleanliness.
• Ensures health and safety regulations are followed in all duties.
• Monitors guests’ needs and fulfills requests promptly.
• Assists other restaurant staff with opening/closing duties and side work.
• Stays informed on trends in food, wine and spirits to enhance dining experience.
