Watermill Kitchen + Bar, located in Hyatt Regency Coralville, seeks a friendly server for part-time hours. You will take and deliver orders, upsell menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining bar and dining area cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English to understand menus and promotions.
• Able to remember and promote menu items.
• Physically able to carry large trays up to 30 lbs.
• Must operate a keyboard and learn POS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials.
• Record and repeat orders to guests for accuracy and upsell where possible.
• Input orders into POS and notify kitchen with details.
• Deliver orders and check guest satisfaction; refill beverages as needed.
• Present dessert menus and service desserts or specialty coffees on request.
• Collect payments and thank guests, inviting them to return.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock service areas as assigned.
