Watermill Kitchen + Bar at the Hyatt Regency Coralville is seeking a part-time Breakfast Server to deliver morning service to guests in the Watermill dining room.

You will greet guests, explain menu items, take and enter orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain a clean, welcoming station while providing attentive hospitality from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, including weekend mornings and occasional weekday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain menu items, specials, and answer guest questions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Enter orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Refill beverages and check on guests throughout their meal.
• Present and process guest checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized service station.
• Complete assigned side work and stocking tasks.
• Assist teammates and hosts as needed.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.
