Job summary

Eddie Merlot's is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our kitchen team and uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. You will operate the dish machine, wash by hand when needed, stock clean items, and assist with general kitchen sanitation to ensure smooth guest service.

We value reliability, basic English, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a part-time schedule. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience preferred.
• Able to operate dish machine to specifications.
• Manual dexterity to load/unload items.

Responsibilities

• Complete and pass required training modules.
• Know the weekly work schedule and arrive on time.
• Set up and maintain clean work station.
• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots using dish machine.
• Wash items by hand as needed.
• Stock clean dishes and equipment.
• Break down and sanitize the dish machine at shift end.
• Maintain clean, safe storage areas and assist with kitchen cleaning.
