Emeril's New Orleans Fish House in Las Vegas is seeking Back Server with fine dining experience and broad knowledge of food, wine and beverages. You will communicate closely with guests and the kitchen to time each course and create a hospitable atmosphere at every table.

• Experience in fine dining and broad knowledge of food, wine and beverages.
