Job summary

The Emeril Group is seeking daytime servers with experience in fine dining and broad knowledge of food, wine and beverages in Las Vegas. Candidates should communicate effectively with guests and the kitchen to ensure proper timing of all courses and maintain a hospitable environment at every table.

Candidates should have good grooming, be able to get along with others, and adapt to a fast-paced setting. Culinary school training is preferred but not required for back-of-house positions.
