Responsibilities

• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments and prepare loan documents.
• Execute loan closings on current renewal loans and balance cash drawer daily.
• Prepare daily branch deposits and possibly transport money to the bank.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and community presence.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily; support tax services.
• Send credit denial letters within 30 days from application date; assist with branch expenses.
