Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• At least five years of professional accounting experience.
• Two or more years of full cycle accounting experience.
• MBA or CPA (or progress toward CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting with Principal and Finance Committee.
• Perform month-end/year-end close and GAAP reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and analyses.
• Attend and present at Finance Committee meetings.
• Coordinate annual audit and serve as auditor liaison.
• Oversee banking, deposits, and cash controls.
