Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience processing financial transactions, AP/AR, bookkeeping or related responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Demonstrated accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff and donors.

Responsibilities

• Process and record offerings and donations; handle event registrations and payments.
• Reconcile online payment processors and donor receipts.
• Support accounts payable tasks including invoices, refunds, and reconciliation.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and routine financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records while protecting confidential donor information.
