Job summary

SNS Enterprise LLC, a technology provider based in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a PART-TIME FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN. Travel to client locations in Richmond and Central Virginia will be required, with an estimated 20–30 hours per week and occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests within SLA expectations.
• Provide onsite and remote support and problem-solving.
• Perform tasks such as remote hands, equipment installation, and documentation submission.
• Relay technical information clearly to non-technical clients.
• Maintain equipment inventory and complete service records.
• Liaise with leadership and client operations centers as needed.
