Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work with crossing guards before and after school.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must submit to fingerprinting and/or drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Area Supervisor.
• Conduct orientation, training, field instruction and safety reviews.
• Requires regular visits to assigned crossing guard locations.
• Observe guards' skills while they perform duties.
• Completes and submits required administrative paperwork promptly.
• Monitors day-to-day activities and coordinates schedules within geographic areas.
