Job summary

All City Management Services is looking for a dedicated Field Supervisor to oversee School Crossing Guards in Marin County. This part-time position involves managing guard programs, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and reside locally in or near San Rafael, Mill Valley, or Fairfax. Compensation is $24.00 per hour with eligibility for a year-end bonus. Flexible hours on school days only.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must submit to fingerprinting/drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Area Supervisor.
• Conduct training and safety reviews of employees.
• Monitor day-to-day activities of Crossing Guards.
• Complete and submit administrative paperwork.
