Qualifications

• Be self-motivated and dependable.

• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and manage field operations.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Area Supervisor and follows Employee Handbook policies.
• Conduct orientation, training, and ongoing safety reviews for staff.
• Visit crossing guard locations regularly and monitor performance.
• Submit administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
• Coordinate schedules and staffing within geographic areas.
