Job summary

A leading management services provider is seeking a dedicated individual to become a Part-time Field Supervisor of School Crossing Guards in San Rafael, CA. The role involves supervising guards, conducting training, and ensuring safety standards. Preferred candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills alongside supervisory experience. Compensation is $24.00 an hour for 5 hours a day on school days only. Mileage reimbursement provided, with no work during school breaks or holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must meet all requirements for a School Crossing Guard.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proper orientation, training, and ongoing safety review of employees.
• Responsible for observing crossing guards’ skills while they perform their duties.
• Completes and submits required administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
• Monitors the day to day activities of Crossing Guards.
