Medline is hiring a Part Time Field Services Representative to support the Omaha/Lincoln, NE region. This role covers on-site field service activities, including shipping and handling of reprocessed medical devices, staff training, and program support.

The position runs 35 hours per week with flexible scheduling and travel within the region. The ideal candidate brings a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year in a hospital or OR setting.

• Current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and clean driving record; ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and shipment of materials and ensure proper labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
• Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
• Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
