Qualifications

• Experience in utility construction, inspection, field operations, QA/QC, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong written documentation and field-reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe utility construction activities and document work at assigned project sites.
• Review field activities against drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor contractor progress, materials, equipment, and site conditions; document findings.
• Prepare inspection reports, photographs, field notes, and required documentation.
• Identify potential deficiencies and safety concerns and communicate with project stakeholders.
• Serve as field communication link between construction activity and the project team.
• Assist with field coordination and progress tracking.
• Travel to project sites and work environments as required.
