Daniels Health is seeking a Part Time Field Service Technician to support hospitals across Illinois with critical medical waste services. This is not a desk job—you're on your feet, moving, lifting, and making an impact every day.

The role runs 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 8am–12pm. You will perform container exchanges, inspections, and inventory management, using a company smartphone to report issues and coordinate with the team, while traveling to sites as needed.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Illinois.
• Can-do attitude and experience in labor-intensive or logistics roles.
• COVID-19 vaccination required due to hospital access.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation.
• Inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas—this includes entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients.
• Lifting containers (up to 50 lbs) and pushing/pulling carts (up to 300 lbs) throughout the day.
• Maintaining inventory of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized.
• Using a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team.
• Keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
• Representing Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
