Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Field Service Technician to support assigned hospital with critical medical waste services. This is not a desk job—you're on your feet, moving, lifting, and making an impact every day.

You will work directly with hospital staff to ensure safe container exchanges, inspect and service containers in clinical areas, lift heavy containers, and maintain inventory while representing Daniels Health with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to push/pull carts up to 300 lbs daily.
• Comfortable working in clinical areas and around hospital staff.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Strong attention to paperwork and procedures.
• Team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Interact with hospital staff to ensure medical waste container exchanges.
• Inspect and service containers in clinical areas.
• Lift containers up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 300 lbs.
• Maintain inventory of containers and keep work areas organized.
• Use company smartphone to manage tasks and report issues.
• Represent the company with professionalism and a strong work ethic.
• Maintain consistent hours from 4 AM to 1 PM, Monday to Friday.
