Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Field Service Technician to support hospitals with critical medical waste services. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires daily on-the-go activity, lifting containers, and collaborating with hospital staff to ensure safe exchanges and proper segregation.

You will inspect and service containers in clinical areas, enter procedural spaces, and maintain inventory while reporting issues via a company smartphone.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit, able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 300 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Exchange and segregate medical waste containers with hospital staff.
• Inspect and service Daniels Health containers in clinical areas, including procedural spaces.
• Manage lifting of containers up to 50 lbs and carts up to 300 lbs.
• Maintain inventory and keep staging areas stocked and organized.
• Use company smartphone to manage tasks and report issues.
• Keep staging areas clean before and after service.
• Represent Daniels Health with professionalism and strong work ethic.
