Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Part-Time Field Service Technician to support frontline field service in the Denver, CO area. The role involves on-site maintenance, installations, software/hardware upgrades, and preventive care for deployed equipment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ years in field service or related roles, and a valid US driver's license. Flexible hours, paid training, and opportunities to gain hands-on experience are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems
• Ability to follow written procedures, safety requirements, and work instructions
• Ability to accurately track and report time worked in an hourly environment

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite first-line troubleshooting and basic corrective maintenance
• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities and replace spare parts as needed
• Record time worked and service outcomes in service management tools
• Follow safety guidelines and escalate complex issues when required
• Provide status updates and participate in service coordination
