Job summary

Hallmark Cards in Indiana is seeking a Field Merchandiser to work independently with retailers, ensuring optimal product placement and inventory. You will be the face of Hallmark, collaborating with store teams and supporting seasonal resets and installations.

This part-time role offers pay of $13–$15 per hour, paid training, and voluntary benefits. Expect 7–9 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write and understand English.
• Can grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Can operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Has Wi-Fi network and internet access.
• Has consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products using a mobile device, report time, and complete merchandising surveys.
• Holiday support: extended hours and possible holiday work including weekends around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installing fixtures, relocating card departments, and remodeling with two-week notice.
• Team collaboration: support other team members in their territories as needed.
