Job summary

TIGA, a Tetra Tech Company, seeks an experienced electrical technician for field assignments in oil and gas. You will install conduit, wiring, and control systems across upstream and midstream facilities, troubleshoot relays and VFDs, and generate clear work records.

Requirements include five years of industrial electrical experience, Master Electrician license for NM/TX, NFPA 70E familiarity, and the ability to lead crew members.

Qualifications

• Five+ years electrical experience in industrial oil and gas sectors.
• Experience in all phases of installing electrical systems and equipment.
• NFPA 70E knowledge and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to apprentice crew members.
• Install conduit and cable per NEC.
• Install and troubleshoot relays, VFDs, instrumentation and controllers.
• Work on upstream and midstream oilfield equipment.
• Set up electrical power, control, measurement and safety systems.
• Document detailed work records and paperwork.
