Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an Outside Contents Evaluator Assistant to support the physical onsite inventory of loss contents, coordinate field activity, and ensure proper data uploads to our systems. This role requires collaboration with the evaluator and a focus on accuracy and safety.

The position reflects Sedgwick’s commitment to care, with emphasis on work-life balance and a flexible, part-time telecommuter arrangement across NC, SC, TX, and GA. Must be able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing the physical onsite inventory of total loss contents under supervision.
• Track time and log file notes for each day’s field activity.
• Oversee maintenance of crew vehicles (gas, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.).
• Maintain daily care and maintenance of all equipment.
• Adhere to regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
