Sedgwick is hiring an Outside Contents Evaluator Assistant to complete physical onsite inventory of contents during loss scenarios. You will drive to locations, inventory items, and upload data to the server, following supervisor guidance and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer service experience or equivalent preferred.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Assists in completing the physical onsite inventory of total loss contents items under the direction of Outside Contents Evaluator Associate.
• Tracks time and logs file notes for all of that day’s field activity.
• Oversees maintenance of crew vehicles and equipment, including gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and repairs.
• Maintains daily care and maintenance of all equipment.
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Travels as required.
