Job summary

RFCUNY is seeking a Field Consultant to support the Brooklyn College Ed Prep program by mentoring teachers through classroom observations and reflective conversations.

The role assists participants in developing effective instructional practices, providing feedback, and coordinating with program staff to ensure progress toward program requirements. This is a part-time, Brooklyn-based position supporting NYCPS staff.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating classroom observations (in person or virtual).
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Experience communicating with program staff regarding progress.

Responsibilities
