Job description

Fan Experience Attendant – Part-time/Seasonal

Providence Park | Peregrine Sports, LLC

Be Part Of The Experience

Fan Experience Attendants are often the first welcome and last interaction our guests have at Providence Park. We are looking for friendly, dependable, observant, and solution-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others and creating a welcoming environment.

This role is about more than being at the match—you are there to help create the experience. Our team welcomes guests, scans tickets, provides directions, assists with seating and accessibility needs, monitors assigned areas, solves problems, and helps maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Scan tickets and assist with an efficient entry experience.
  • Help guests locate seats, sections, amenities, and services.
  • Monitor assigned areas for guest needs, safety concerns, and stadium policies.
  • Respond to questions and concerns with a solution-oriented approach, involving a Supervisor when needed.
  • Assist with crowd management, accessibility needs, wheelchair escorts, and emergency procedures as trained.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Supervisors, Security, Ticketing, and other event-day teams.
  • Remain attentive to guests and your assigned area throughout the event.
  • Adapt to different positions and responsibilities based on event needs.
Who We’re Looking For

Previous stadium experience is not required. Our strongest team members are:

  • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests.
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
  • Curious and willing to find answers rather than simply saying, “I don’t know.”
  • Calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
  • Observant and aware of what is happening around them.
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback.
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to help where needed.

Customer service, hospitality, retail, food service, sports, entertainment, or other guest-facing experience is helpful but not required.

Position Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Must maintain consistent availability for Timbers and Thorns matches and other Providence Park events.
  • Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability required.
  • Must meet company appearance and uniform standards.
  • Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening.
  • Must be able to work in large crowds, high noise levels, and varying weather conditions.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and regularly navigate stadium stairs and seating areas.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.

What We Offer
  • Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
  • Paid training and ongoing development.
  • Opportunities for advancement and leadership development.
  • Fan Experience uniform items.
  • Employee discounts, ticket opportunities, and team appreciation events based on current programs.

Fan Experience Attendants are seasonal, part-time employees scheduled based on the Providence Park event calendar and operational needs. Hours will vary throughout the season.

We’re looking for people who want to help create the experience—not simply watch it.
