Hometown Soccer Holdings (HSH) is building locally rooted MLS NEXT Pro clubs, deeply connected to their communities and poised for long-term success. We’re launching a new professional soccer club in the Pacific Northwest region and seeking talented individuals to join us. We’re looking for builders — entrepreneurial operators who thrive with real ownership of their work, are comfortable moving fast, and are energized rather than intimidated by a blank slate. This is not an environment for people who need an established playbook; it’s for people who want to write one, and who see the scrappiness of building something from scratch as an incredible opportunity. In return, you’ll get outsized responsibility, direct exposure to club leadership, and the chance to leave your fingerprints on a new organization from day one. Reporting to the President, the Director of Ticketing is the ticketing leader of this new club. This person will be responsible for filling our new home stadium — building the ticket products, the sales team, and the sales strategy from scratch. This role requires real sales leadership experience paired with genuine care for the fan on the other side of the transaction. The ideal candidate has led a ticket sales team and wants ownership of building that function from the ground up. This position is based in the Pacific Northwest region and will be predominantly on-site. The exact location of this new club will be announced publicly in the near future. Qualified candidates who advance to the interview stage will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before receiving additional details about the location. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a professional soccer organization at a foundational moment — contributing to a new club launch, front office, systems, and team culture that will carry the club for years to come.
You’re the person who ends up talking about Saturday’s theme promotion with the family at the next table, and by the time the check comes, they’re thinking about season tickets. You can’t walk past a youth soccer field, strangers discussing our sport, a busy neighborhood bar or a rain-drenched late night co‑ed game without seeing our future fans. People are your favorite part of the job, and you’ve figured out that the best selling barely feels like selling. You’ve built and led teams before, and you know a sales culture comes from how the leader carries it. You'll pick up the phone and work a lead list alongside your reps. You'll know your members by name. You track the numbers every day, but the goal was never just moving inventory. It’s filling a stadium with people who feel like it’s theirs. There are thousands of future fans around us who don’t yet know that they want to be part of what we’re building. We need someone who can’t wait to go out there and find them.
