CVS Health MinuteClinic in Orange Park, FL is hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, in-person and virtual care within a supportive clinical team. The role emphasizes holistic patient care, preventive services, and efficient clinic operations.

Required are a Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner, current FNP license, and multi-state licensure. DOE and BLS, plus DOT within 30 days, are expected. Willingness to cover a 50-mile radius and every other weekend is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of NP experience preferred; qualified new graduates may be considered.
• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• Obtain and maintain multi-state licensure
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment
• Active BLS certification
• Ability to pass a respirator FIT test

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidenced-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits (from the clinic) to support patient health outcomes
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, treatment of injuries and illnesses, and coordinate care with other providers
• Engage patients in wellness, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings
• Complete clinic operations including inventory management, opening/closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection
• Maintain a safe, efficient care environment and timely patient management
