The coordinator will manage data for family literacy programs, support county committees, and coordinate Parent Time and PACT Time activities, ensuring timely communication and compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent human relations and communication skills; strong collaboration.
• Ability to supervise, manage and organize, with database experience.

Responsibilities

• Prints and analyzes local and state reports and informs the DAE of changes and trends.
• Supervises data entry into LACES and ensures data quality and timeliness.
• Serves on the family literacy core team and county committees for locations with family literacy programs.
• Delivers timely communication for participants, county committees, and the core team.
• Prepares setup of Parent Time and PACT Time activities with county committees.
