Sage Haus LLC. in Shaker Heights, OH is seeking a Part-time House Manager & Family Assistant with Childcare Support to help manage afternoons for a busy medical family. Responsibilities include homework support, meals, laundry, organization, and coordinating errands.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and reliable, with flexibility for a 12:00 PM–6:00 PM schedule on Mon, Wed, and Fri. Start ASAP; 15–20 hours per week; compensation $33–$38 per hour.

Responsabilidades

• Family Support: pickup children from bus stop and daycare, support after-school routines, prepare snacks, organize belongings, occasional activity drop-offs, maintain no-screen policy on weekdays.
• Household Organization & Maintenance: daily tidying, supervise kids' chores, maintain systems, review calendar, change batteries and smoke detectors, assist with hosting and travel resets, onsite point of contact for vendors.
• Meal Support: plan and prepare 2–3 dinners per week, prep produce, defrost protein, kitchen cleanup.
• Inventory & Errands: unpack groceries, add items to shared list, ad hoc grocery runs, errands and mail/recycling management.
• Laundry & Linens: wash/dry/fold for kids and linens, oversee kids' laundry, change bed linens, keep area tidy.
• Deep Cleaning & Special Projects: occasional deep cleaning and organizational projects; support seasonal initiatives.
