Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to navigate a multi-level home and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meal planning and prep for weekly dinners and batch breakfast items.
• Daily household resets and ongoing organization systems.
• Laundry chores including delicates and linens.
• Run errands, manage deliveries, and grocery orders.
• Provide family support and back-up childcare as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property oversight.
• Vehicle maintenance scheduling and upkeep.
• Pet care for cats, including feeding and litter maintenance.
• Occasional deep cleaning and seasonal housekeeping projects.
