Job summary

Sage Haus in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a House Manager & Family Assistant to support a two-parent tech household with two boys, a senior dog, and a busy calendar. The role is part-time 15-20 hours weekly, with a 3-day schedule and 1:00 PM–6:30 PM shifts, starting ASAP and occasional extra childcare as needed.

Responsibilities span family coordination, household organization, laundry, errands, meal prep, pet care, and vendor oversight.

Qualifications

Reliable, safe personal vehicle and clean driving record.
Must maintain a smoke-free environment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to navigate a two-story home throughout the day.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred (can be obtained after hire).
Vaccinations up to date per AA Pediatrics and CDC guidelines (incl. general, flu, and COVID-19), subject to applicable legal accommodations.

Responsibilities

Family Support & Childcare including school pickups and after-school supervision.
Household organization and daily routines.
Laundry and linens management for the family.
Shopping, groceries, and inventory management.
Meal planning and kid-friendly dinners.
Occasional pet care and dog walking as needed.
Vehicle upkeep and fueling of family vehicles.
Vendor coordination for home repairs and cleaners.
Administrative support and family calendar management.
